WASABI2 (Sushi And Chinese Restaurant)

We love Wasabi. All three of their locations are excellent with taking precautions to make gluten-free sushi. They don’t have anything labeled, and we haven’t tried to modify any entrees, but we eat their sashimi/sushi/rolls often and have never had an issue. They mark the order slips with “GLUTEN FREE” which leads me to believe that the sushi chefs have a procedure to avoid cross-contact.
