Had dinner here last night. Our waiter was amazing. He was very accommodating to all of our needs. Food was yummy!

I have an allergy, not celiac. I’m generally not super sensitive. But I ate all “gluten free” here and got very sick.
We ordered the GF tuna tartar... came with fried wontons. Wontons made from flour and then fried in a non-GF fryer. Waitress said ‘haha- oops!’ I loved paying $14 for something I couldn’t eat... after that I was pretty nervous to eat my burger. Be very cautious if you’re celiac because staff has no clue and items labeled GF are not GF at all.

I have eaten here several times. I am celiac and have never had any issues here. I’ve had a burger and the chili and salad. Food is okay, not amazing but good. But because I’ve never gotten sick here it is a go to for me in Park City.
The staff told me that at of the items marked gluten free were not safe for celiacs. I ended up ordering a salad without croutons and they served me a salad with croutons. It was very frustrating.

I have celiac and did not get sick. I did need to make sure the server told the kitchen staff I was celiac. I had the ABCL&T it was really good!

We went there tonight and when I asked for a gluten free menu I was greeted with "what?," "what?," "A kid's menu?" No, we don't have a gluten free menu, maybe we can do some of the salads gluten free.
My husband went and asked the hostess, and she said they had gluten free buns for the burgers, but at this point my confidence wasn't high and I was concerned with cross contamination. When our waiter returned he also offered this information, but said he hadn't told me before because they don't always have gluten free buns and he didn't want to make any false promises.
Furthermore, since they are a brewery, all of the cocktails are made with beer and it is in a lot of their sauces. This place might be fine for people who just have a preference to avoid gluten, but I would not say it is good for people who genuinely need to be gluten free.

New menu with lots of typos for gluten free items, they did not know if mayo was gluten free. Waitress had to keep checking with kitchen
