Quick easy and good!! This is a rockland Maine staple and it's so nice that they offer gluten free options. Just get the dog without a bun and you should be good!!

I was so pleasantly surprised to find out that this little hot dog stand can do the celiac thing. They only serve hot dogs and French fries. The fries are gf, and are the only thing that go in the fryer. The hot dogs are gf and are cooked in peanut oil with the onions. The bread is not fried on the grill, but is served plain instead, so there is no gluten on the grill. They don't have gf buns, but the dogs are so good without the bun that I didn't care. Awesome fries too. Also cheap eats.Not a certified gf kitchen space, but minimal risk of cross-contamination, and they say that local celiac folks come there often.
