The servers made it clear that there was no promise to prevent cross contamination. I got one of their bowls and unfortunately I found a (wheat) noodle mixed in with the rice/jicama. I caught it before eating it but I definitely was sick after eating here, and to a degree that was more so than what some contact contamination may have warranted. So I’m not convinced that it’s safe for Celiacs. But for less sensitive people - The food was good, it came out super fast, there are tons of options, and everything was clearly marked as GF/DF/etc. I know these things happen and most likely was a freak accident, but just wanted to share with my GF community, to make people aware!!
