Water Tower Kitchen

The menu has several items marked GF. I ended up getting a lettuce wrap appetizer because I was there for drinks with a few friends. I was surprised how big the portion was; it was a whole meal! The food was delicious and I brought the leftovers home to my husband and he loved it!

They have a few things marked GF on their menu including the Asian chicken salad. I asked the server if the wontons and miso dressing were truly GF. She went to the kitchen and came back to report that the dressing was GF but wontons shared a fryer. I got the salad without the wontons. 20 minutes after finishing the salad I got super sick. For sure the dressing had gluten.
