Small little place with Amazing food with gluten free bread or wraps. Eaten there 2 times and both times the food has been great and have had no reaction. Staff is very nice too.

Line out the door - when I finally got to order, I learned that the only GF pastry was chocolate chip banana bread. I’m allergic to bananas. Paradise lemonade was good! Food options available with gluten free bread or tortillas.

This place is one of the best cafes I’ve ever been to! They have gluten free bread and wraps (!!!) in addition to some gluten free pastries. It was so nice to actually have a gluten free wrap instead of a wrap turned into a sandwich. There are also beautiful views of the water and lots of good food for your non celiac friends too. Lunch was so great we almost went back for diner too!!

My kids got gluten free grilled cheeses and I got a gluten free pesto grilled cheese. Green dream smoothie was amazing! Love this place.

The staff directed us toward the right choices. Options are there, but couldn’t guarantee there isn’t cross-contamination. Overall great experience.

Spoke with what appeared to be the owner and ask if if would be safer for me to order a smoothie bowl rather than a wrap in order to avoid cross contamination. She said she would ensure that my wrap was prepared safely in the busy kitchen. The avocado and egg wrap was delicious and I had no reaction. My daughter enjoyed her smoothie bowl.

Fantastic, hidden gem. I will eat here every day the next time I am on the island. Had breakfast and lunch here. No doubt in my mind that they took my allergy seriously. Everything was delicious although the salad was missing the egg it said it should have - need my protein.

Several REALLY GOOD gluten free/dairy free options. I had a sandwich and smoothie and it did not disappoint. I saw some GF banana bread slices for sale as well.

Stopped by for a pick me up midday and enjoyed a gf muffin with a latte. They also had a gf cookie. Cute spot but can get busy. Menu also said gf bread available for sandwiches and toasts.

Super healthy and GF option on the island! Beautiful quiet setting too!
