Review of Waterdog Kitchen + Bar

The kitchen staff and waitress was very knowledgeable about celiacs. Although their fixed menu did not have a fully gluten free option, the chef made me something completely gluten free in a designated pan - Breakfast tacos! Delicious + great environment.
