Review of WaterMark Bar and Grille

My entire family loves Watermark, so they take me whenever I'm in town in the summer. It's a great restaurant, but whether it's many GF options are truly GF depends on the day. I get the steak and a baked potato every time we go because I've had the most luck with it. The first time I was totally fine, the second time I was horribly sick, and the third time I was fine. The owners and staff seem to care a lot and try to have GF food. I've spoke with them about my allergy and they're always very receptive. Though improving, the cross contamination is still pretty bad.
