Placed an order for pickup and the lady on the phone did not speak much English. Asked for two steaks and one to be DF (no butter) as hubs is highly allergic. He took one bite and felt a reaction. Asked for plates to be GF and she said something about steaks were cured but was difficult to understand. I ate the whole steak and felt a reaction 5 minutes later. Do not feel comfortable that they understand or can communicate about allergies at all. Skirt Steak wasn't even good.
