Lots of tasty things. I went for the quiche and they didn’t have any, but ended up with a pig-in a blanket, lemon-blueberry donut, and a loaf of sourdough bread. Everything was pretty tasty. I wish the sourdough wasn’t so heavy, but it actually tasted like sourdough and it doesn’t fall apart as much as some gluten free loaves. I wish they had a few other grab and go lunch options that were a little lighter/healthier? However, the pastry that the pig-in a blanket was wrapped in was buttery and flaky, the sausage they used was top notch delicious and so juicy it squirted me in the eye! Loved it!

Good cookies - triple chocolate are a little grainy, but the snickerdoodles are amazing! Chewy and soft with just the slightest sugar crunch - I’d put these up against any snickerdoodle!

Amazing !!! The burritos taste so good , they heat them up in the store for you. The cookies taste no different than gluten filled ones. It is a little pricey , it was 8$ for a smaller sized burrito. But I’m satisfied and will definitely be back.

Tried this place for the first time today and I’m SO excited to have found it! We’re new to the gluten free/celiac world. They are 100% gluten free (zero contamination). The lady at the counter was also very welcoming, explaining everything to us. Great to find a place I don’t have to worry about!! And everything we’ve tried so far has been very tasty!!

What a lovely bakery!! Yummy sweets but also breakfast burritos. 100% gluten free. Owner shared his son has Celiac and is so dedicated to his health. We saw lots of families come in. They also serve GF hot chocolate. It was such a special visit.

There are so many baked goods to choose from, they have a huge variety. They have a lot of options for dairy free desserts too. In the store there is a section for packaged foods like gluten and dairy free candy bars and gf pasta noodles. The desserts were good with airy cakes and muffins, some of the options were a little bland and some of them the texture could have been better but they have so many more things to try.

I’ve been here a few times now, and every time I find some thing else delicious to take home. They have chocolate croissants, cakes, burritos, pigs in a blanket… you really can’t go wrong. Phyllis has been the person to take our orders every time so far, and she’s just delightful! I’m ordering my next birthday cake from this place. I’ll post pictures after it happens!

This is my favorite place! They are so helpful and friendly. Everything I’ve had so far is delicious. Pre made pasta dishes to bake at home, breakfast burrito they will heat up or you can do at home as well as a coffee bar. They also have dairy free options. If you have a specific request they will do a custom order for you.

This place is truly a dream! I’m in town for work and got a croissant, a chocolate croissant, and a pop tart! It was all amazing! So good that I’ll be going back on my last day in town to get more to take home!

I’m in love with this place. They have endless options (cupcakes, donuts, canolies, tarts, muffins, burritos, and grocery items). My personal favorite is the cinnamon streusel muffins. They have many options regarding keto, soy, and dairy products. Everything is gluten free and the best food! I ask for it any time I can. The staff is so nice and are always super helpful. There was a smell. I don't even know how to describe it but it was pretty awful. My order was wrong and tasted like garbage. There are much better gluten free establishments all over the metro area. This is not the one.

Amazing selection of baked items. The gluten free donuts are amazing and best of all, most are dairy free! I tried the French toast donut. It tasted like cinnamon toast crunch - amazing flavor!

They only offer donuts on Saturday, but you can special order anytime. Their cupcakes and all else also look great. This is a dedicated gluten free facility and I felt very confident in their processes to keep things safe for those with sensitivities and intolerances.

By far the best bakery I have ever been to. Thursday is their poptart special and they are delicious. The apple pie flavor was so good and their dough doesn’t fall apart like some GF doughs. Highly recommend anything here, they have keto and DF options as well. They also have savory options like pigs in a blanket. Staff is so friendly and overall environment was great.

Excellent, entirely GF bakery in Centennial, CO. If you're in the Denver area, go here! There were 4 cases (yes, 4!) of GF treats. My celiac kid's eyes were so big! Assorted cookies, scones, cream puffs, muffins, breakfast breads, croissants, quiche, cupcakes, donuts, sandwich bread, cake pops, rolls, pigs in a blanket, 6-inch cakes, pies, pop tarts, breakfast burritos and more. There are daily specials, too. We bought lots of things to sample and my celiac kid has LOVED every bite. Some items are vegan and there are keto treats, as well. This place is simply amazing.

This is an entirely gluten-free bakery. Some of their items are also dairy-free. Everything looked delicious! I bought breakfast burritos and cookies and both were amazing. I also found some lasagna noodles which I’ll try out on my family this week. I am definitely looking forward to going back and trying out some more of their yummy offerings!

Absolutely love Wave the Grain. So many options for everyone. Everything is gluten free but they also have Vegan, keto, dairy free options! Breakfast burritos are so delicious. Cinnamon rolls, cookies, mini cakes, pasta, bread etc. Cupcake day is Fridays and donut day is Saturdays! Definitely take a visit to see them.

Fantastic Gluten-free bakery! Many of their offerings are also dairy-free. BONUS! I love that they change the menu around - keeps things fresh! Being able to have favorites again is fabulous: Snickerdoodles, brownies, shortbread, canolis, cakes, cookies, banana bread, breakfast burritos!! Plus, they sell wonderful bread, packaged pasta and biscuit mix too! Great staff, and everything is super deeeelish!! And totally Gluten-free!!!

I haven’t had a bad item. I’ve had their brownies, zucchini bread, muffins, cupcakes, chocolate croissants, and breakfast burritos; all of then have been delicious. This Thanksgiving I ordered a pumpkin and apple pie, both hits with my family, some of which are suspicious about gluten free baked goods. They are super friendly, and my personal go to for gluten free fat pills.

Went in to check out their selection. Mostly all baked goods and some frozen cookie dough from another bakery in the Denver area. Got one of their Tiffany bars...it was just...ok. Will go back again to find their ramen and keto friendly lunch meals. I did appreciate that they labeled the ingredients on most of their goods for sale, but not all. The keto foods were labeled with synthetic sugar, which was helpful.
