I went for their seasonal berry salad, which hit the spot! They have a few other things marked GF on their menu as well that I could have ordered. The waitress was super friendly and very knowledgeable about allergies. She said that most of their menu could be made GF but that the kitchen has no dedicated work area. Cross contamination is not an issue for me being NCGS.

I had the 14 Hour Pulled Pork sandwich w/out bun (I believe they do have gf buns though) and greens. It was delicious. Our server was very patient and helpful. She took time to double check that my choices were gluten free and would be free of cross contamination.
