Separate GF menu, although most of the main menu was GF anyway. Small adjustments made to the non GF options to make them GF. Service was brilliant. Even when serving, they made aa point to say that mine was the GF option, for clarification, which was appreciated.

High-end Scottish food. Everything was delicious and the staff understood about celiac disease and knew to avoid cross-contamination. Highly recommended for a treat or special occasion. Make reservations in advance during peak tourist season.
