Have never had an issue with the sushi and all of it is packed with GF soy sauce. I cant say enough good things about all of their GF offerings. From the premade meals, to their bakery baked goods(they sell by the slice and 1/4 GF sheet cakes), to the expansive GF aisles, and the ice cream cakes- its a dream come true. They have 2 dedicated GF aisles but also have tons of stuff sprinkled throughout on the regular shelves. Go! You won’t be disappointed.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Clear labeling, but employees have NO idea. I even asked one guy at the burrito kiosk and he didn't seem the least bit interested in checking or offering an intelligent response. Just said "I wouldn't know (if that's GF). You'll have to just figure it out." Ummmm, what?!? Sushi IS gluten free. GF soy sauce. Be careful of cross-contamination. And make sure to indulge in a GF adult beverage... They have a semi-decent selection.

all sushi is gluten free and everything at the buffet is labeled. just watch out for cross contamination when using serving utensils. other than that, i would highly recommend! great for lunch

They have signs posted that nothing is guaranteed to not be cross contaminated. Staff recommended that if you have celiac, don't eat there.

Prepared food section has "no gluten ingredients" listed for every item that is gluten free. all sushi comes with gf soy sauce.

Got a ‘no gluten containing ingredients’ cake and I am extremely sick. I even said it was for someone with a severe allergy, so please be careful!

I love Wegman’s, and this location is my favorite in the area because they have many more options of prepared GF cakes/cookies etc than their other locations and their items do state there may be cross contamination but i’ve never had an issue with any of their bakery items, store made tv dinners or sushi. All of their sushi is gf and served with gf soy sauce.

It was so nice to have Asian food again! Everything was labeled in their food section. Definitely be weary of contamination but overall really good.

Wegmans is a gluten free wonderland. There have so many GF products and usually get the newest ones. I really like the way they group most of the GF products in the center of the store.

We have discovered that they have GF sub rolls at the sub shop at the front of the store. It is wonderful to be able to have a sub sandwich again. We usually pick up a couple when we go grocery shopping.

They also have beautiful produce.

This is the best grocery store for GF options. They have two rows of gluten free food. They also have a lot of options in their cafe. Shrimp and vegetable dumplings, sushi, hoagies (SUPER safe protocol too when you say gluten allergy), baked goods, and more.
