Good options, gluten free bread, pastries, and yogurt. Prep area looks the same, but my husband has celiac and felt okay after, so it might be a risk depending on how sensitive you are.

Be sure to explain your gluten allergy because today I ordered a gluten-free biscuit sandwich and my husband ordered a regular sandwich and they packaged the sandwiches together in a to go box. Once I told them of the issue they were very kind and remade my sandwich in a separate container.

They have gluten-free cinnamon rolls and two different flavors of donuts!! Very delicious!!

Pre-wrapped breakfast bars, granola, paleo chai spiced cake, cookies, and brownies from “Bakefully Yours” (dedicated gf bakery). The guy at the register was gluten intolerant. None of the hot breakfast wraps can be made gf. Coffee was good. Regular, almond, coconut, soy and oat milk is available. The almond milk was Pacifico barista brand. I forgot to ask about Syrups.
