Talked to the manager lady and she was very knowledgeable about gluten. Most dishes have to be made with white sauces. (Nothing breaded is gf) She even warned us about the hot sauce being cross contaminated. My wife is gluten intolerant. Not sure if it is celiac friendly.
Had no idea about what gluten free meant. There is no "gluten free menu" as stated. Don't go here if you have any kind of intolerance.

They are knowledgable about many allergens and gluten free. Mei Fun was excellent. (Rice noodles cabbage and a meat no soy. )
