Great spot with a wide variety of healthy food options and also completely gluten free. Ordered the avocado toast based on another review and thought it was delicious. The smoothie I ordered wasn’t quite up my alley taste wise, but that is my own ordering ability. It was well prepared, and this is a great gluten free spot. Wide array of options inside.

Thank you so much such a lovely lunch! I had the hummus plate and an açaí smoothie with peanut butter. It was all good and the staff was very friendly.

Great food. I am trying to eat a more plant-based diet, but I also have to watch my sodium intake. I was able to talk to the chef about my dietary concerns and make a decision.

I enjoy eating here (at least) weekly. Such good food that you can’t tell is gluten free AND vegan. I haven’t had anything bad here.

Everything is gluten free, which is always exciting to me since I have Celiac. We got the Spicy Chickpea Burger, which was SUPER DELICIOUS! My eyes tripled in size after my first bite! YUM! I will drive from Dallas just to eat this sandwich. We also had their peanut butter cookie, which has a great flavor and is slightly crumbly like the best PB cookies are, but it was a little dry so make sure you have a drink handy. They make their bread fresh (with an actual bread maker) with takes the bread to a whole new level of awesome! I'm excited to come back and try more. Also, someone else (a stranger) ordered the quinoa bowl... And it looked amazing! (Caught my attention from across the room)

This place had the most amazing food. I did not know what to think with it being all Vegan and gluten free but it was some of the best food I have ever eaten. Even my husband who a real meat guy said he could do Vegan if it tasted like that. The food was so fresh and the staff were so nice, will definitely be back again.

AMAZING food and quaint setting. Bread is made fresh daily in house. Everything is gluten free and vegan (but you can’t tell). Had a delicious smoothie and avocado toast.

Gem of a restaurant in Shreveport. I’ve never had a bad meal here and the daily lunch specials are always fantastic. I’ve converted several gluten meat eaters to their gluten free vegan nachos. They are that good!!

The smoothie bowls are wonderful, the toast with cream cheese and strawberries was great too. Everything is vegan and gluten free, so no worry about dairy either! Its nice to have a place to bring my kids for a safe snack when we are out if the house. The employees are always friendly!
