I’ve just been diagnosed with Celiac disease and eating out has not been the best experience but I went here and told the lady at the register and she was completely understanding and explained what they do to make sure I don’t get any cross contamination. They have plenty of options for gluten free food including desserts! They fry their fries in a separate fryer than any other food. Their burger tasted amazing! I will be going back!

They were very informed about their ingredients. Were very nice and funny when explaining they were about to offer something to my parents that I couldn’t have because it had gluten in it. He said “and it’s personal. Personal because I don’t want it to hurt you.” They even have gluten free ice cream, milkshakes AND brownies made “specially for us”. 10/10!

The first meal I ordered three years ago I automatically noted “no bun please”. The owner, Lee personally talked with me about options and convinced me to try the GF buns they use. This past weekend the hubby and I tried the Carnivore Burger! As always, delicious. We drive hours to come “home” for our favorite spot. If the parking lot is full, chances are they are busy, you might have to wait. Hold a conversation with the person/people you came with. You won’t regret it!

While we never go to a restaurant when they are busy it was on our way home so we stopped here for our first visit. They were very busy. I asked for a gf bun with some other veggies on the burger. It came out with no bun and only lettuce. They took it back and brought one with everything I asked for. But it was undercooked, had too much pepper and no salt. The fries were soggy. The lady at the register asked if I had celiac. I told her I did and she said she would let them know. Somehow I was glutened. We won't eat there again.

I am GF and DF. Burgers with GF bun, fries in a dedicated fryer. Delicious, cute and quaint. Highly recommend. Knowledgeable staff.

We were very disappointed, although the fries and buns were fresh and GF the catchup and salad dressings were not. Who has a burger and fries with out catchup? Also everything was WAY to salty! Three of us ate here for $50 to expensive for burgers, fries and iced tea

We have tried to reach-out to clarify this information. This customer is confused based upon this review. Ketchup is naturally GF, all of our salad dressings are GF. We do make a house-made spicy ketchup that is not GF. Sorry reviews can be misleading. Glad for a chance to correct this info.

I’m impressed! Not only are there many burger options with fantastic gf bun and dedicated fryer, the burger itself is amazing. High quality farm raised ground beef tastes delicious. The owner and staff are super friendly too.

This is a family owned restaurant that uses a different prepping area for gluten-free orders. My daughter is a celiac and did not get sick. She ordered a cheeseburger, loaded fries, brownie with ice cream, and cheesecake. The service is awesome. I highly recommend it.

I had lunch here on Saturday. The owner taking the orders answered my questions about their gluten free bun, the French fries and cross-contamination. He was very friendly and reassuring. The waitress brought the meals of my lunch companions first, then brought my gluten free meal separately. He also came around to check on our meals. I really enjoyed my lunch, but had no room for the gluten free brownie with ice cream that was available.

We’ve eaten here several times and I’ve never gotten sick. Its so nice to eat at a place where I can actually have a (delicious!) bun with my burger and I can also have the fries. Anytime I have asked questions about ingredients the owners have been confident and able to answer. This place is a favorite!

The employees of this restaurant are not wearing masks, even those handling food. If they’re not worried about the spread of Covid, I doubt they care enough to avoid cross contamination. Food was meh. I won’t return.

Wonderful people, atmosphere & food. My son says "the definition of delicious!" This is the type of eating experience I enjoyed pre-celiac. We will be back!

Updating July 2020 - We visit still visit WCC often. Still a great place for Celiacs to eat. Lee the owner if very knowledgeable. Caesar who works in the kitchen has Celiac disease as well.

Beat keto place Ive ever been to. My non keto friends also love this place. Just an all around awesome restaurant.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about gluten free. Have a dedicated kitchen space to prevent possible cross contamination. Had a burger with gluten free bun and fries, it was very good. They even have a couple gluten free dessert options! Great place to eat.

The staff is very knowledgeable about what is gluten-free. I always get a burger with a gluten-free bun. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Rockwall.

What a great place! We came in with 2 celiac people and 1 eating Keto. Something for everyone. Burgers were outstanding with gluten free buns. The Keto crisp as a bun was great as well. Topped off with gluten free brownies and gluten free ice cream - delicious! We also had a Keto pumpkins cheesecake that was good and gluten free as well. Talking to the owner was refreshing as he explained how they work hard to avoid cross contamination. I wish all restaurants were like this.

Gluten free burger bun option, fries are cooked in a designated fryer, and they have a DELICIOUS gluten free brownie (you can also add lactose free ice cream)! Customer service was excellent and atmosphere was pleasant. We will definitely be back!

Read the reviews and had to stop here this past weekend. Great staff and the owner was very friendly, checking on all tables for satisfaction. They go the extra mile for every order placed with a notice of gluten intolerance or with a gluten free bun. Separate grill, change of gloves, separate fryer for fries. Also a gluten free brownie for dessert. Awesome meal!

The best burger I've ever had. This gluten free bread is from a local supplier and the way they prepare it makes it crisp and full of flavor. Their meat is from local moo moos and only the best parts of them. The fries are to die for and obviously freshly made. The ice cream is smooth, creamy and available dairy free! The brownie is just chocolately goodness warmed perfectly. Cannot recommend this quaint and clean space more!

I have celiac and I felt very safe eating here. The owner took my order and was very knowledgeable. He let me know they have a cook who has been celiac for 15 years and has helped them make changes to insure the kitchen is safe. The food was excellent and they have a reward program for frequent eaters.

They really take keeping us safe seriously. The owner assured me that they change gloves, clean the grill and keep your burger in its own safe container to avoid cross contamination. They have gf buns but I opted for cheese crisps and it was SO delicious! Possibly the best burger I’ve ever had, made even better by knowing it was completely safe for me to eat.

Best burgers EVER! Feels like you’re eating at home with friends and family, the atmosphere is so warm and inviting and Lee and family are so kind and welcoming. VERY Celiac friendly, was assured all cooking areas and utensils are cleaned prior to preparing GF foods and the GF buns don’t crumble! They even have GF brownies! Highly recommend!

We love this place! It’s so nice to be able to go out to eat and know the restaurant respects our gf food concerns. When preparing our food, they take every precaution in the kitchen to safely prepare it from putting on new gloves to cleaning the grill.
