This place is fantastic. The people are great, and so are the products. The owner is very knowledgeable about which products are gluten-free. He's almost always there but even when he's not the employees make sure to take excellent care of all customers. Really wish all places where like this.

My best friend and I go once a week to this place instead of our old boba splurge. I always bring a shake home to Celiac husband. Michael, the owner, is basically ALWAYS working, and he takes all allergies very seriously. When I ordered for my husband for the first time, Michael told me exactly what menu items were available gluten-free, and then he showed me where the mixes were labeled with the certified GF symbol. Every time I order for my husband, with very little reminder and always with a smile, Michael washes the whole blender and personally makes my husband's shake. He has never gotten glutened and has always absolutely loved it! You are in good hands here. Great quality, great service. Nothing but 5 stars!

Other relevant allergy info: -Soy allergies can be accommodated with teas, but not shakes, as the protein powder in the shakes is soy-based. -No milk is used in the shakes (they are always blended with water), and the protein isn't from whey, so lactose intolerant people should be fine (my husband is). -Some shakes have peanut butter, but staff is willing to wash blenders before making your shake if you're worried about that. -The best friend I go with each week is allergic to all nuts (severely allergic to peanuts), coconut, and soy, and she has happily had a tea every week. Just be up front about your allergies and the staff treats you with respect and kindness.

The owner Michael went above and beyond to ensure that my food was gluten free and celiac safe. The equipment was thoroughly cleaned beforehand and right in front of us. The owner very clearly cared about making sure our order was safe. I will be back.
