Review of West End Grill St. Lucie West

BEWARE...be EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS eating here. Staff is not at all educated in food allergy\intolorance safety. My meal was plated with gluten ingredients then replated when the cook saw the mistake. Unfortunately the gluten containing food was stuck to the bottom of the gf food when it was replated and it was served that way. It also looked like a spoon with stuffing on it was used to plate my rice. The waitress wasnt familiar enough with the menu to know what was safe to order but they do have a gf menu which is puzzling. Its sad because the food was very good and the place is nice.
