The women on the phone seemed very knowledgeable , but sadly the crust was a thin crust that I’ve tasted at several other restaurants . Their sauce was a little saltier than my usual. They have it available, but we will not be eating there again.

GF pizza is cooked in an aluminum pan, so cross contamination is less. Because of this, pizza is not crispy but was still good.
I'm not celiac, so I don't want to comment on that aspect, but the pizza was pretty good. Not the very best I've ever had, but I was satisfied at the end of my meal. It was also a good portion as I was able to take some home with me. They also have some fairly adventurous pizza flavors, such as bacon cheeseburger and BLT, so that might be fun for someone. I had the caprese and it was fine.
Good GF pizza. We have never had a problem here.

They use a standard tapioca based crust which I believe is frozen and made off site as Erin stated. Thus it's not amazing but it's good and I've never been sick so I'll take it. Christianos is my good standard for gf pizza in Oshkosh.
They order their crust from a local GF vendor
