West Wing Cafe

Sadly this restaurant does not exist anymore at this spot. I saw online that there is a different west wing cafe in Washington, but haven’t tried it yet.

Great place for breakfast. Gluten free bread and toast are available.

This is a quick and inexpensive place to get breakfast or lunch near the Capitol. It's self-service in that you pick up your food at the counter, but the restaurant is a nice, bright space with plenty of tables.
