Review of What The Truck

They were very understanding of food allergies, stated I was celiac, their chili is naturally gluten free but they also modified my dish to make gluten free. I got the pulled pork hot-dog without the bun, they put it straight on my fries. They have a dedicated fryer and also have a change glove policy with every order, but I did ask just in case ☺
