ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! This little Italian restaurant is what every gluten free person dreams about. I am seriously impressed with the entire experience. Since the kitchen is open, I was able to see Chef Josh taking out a fresh pot of water and a fresh pan to sear my chicken. He makes each dish to order including the sauce. My chicken piccata was amazing! The portions are more conservative, but I was comfortably full after eating. Every menu item, besides lasagna and Pomodoro, can be made GF. My non-GF family raved about their meals too! —- Chef Josh is known to speak with ALL his guests to hear feedback and to get to know his customers. When he greeted my table to ask how our food was, we went on and on about how amazing it was. We learned that Chef Josh is very knowledgeable about celiac and gluten intolerances, and has experience in other restaurants that also catered toward GF customers.
