They offer a cauliflower crust for pizza ($4 upcharge) but the manager stated their kitchen is not celiac friendly due to flour in the air from making pizzas. Originally I said to cancel my order and wasn’t crazy about watching my daughter and husband eat. The manager did say that they would do their best to keep my food separate. I ordered the chicken melt without a bun, no GF bread options. It was a grilled chicken breast topped with “caramelized” onions, Gouda, & arugula on the side. The menu stated the meal comes with house made kettle chips. However, our server said the fryers are not dedicated. I requested the quinoa pilaf with mushrooms instead. Our server said normally there is an upcharge but since it’s an allergy, they’re happy to waive it. The pilaf was dry and flavorless, adding some of the aioli that came with the chicken helped some. The chicken was dry and nothing exciting. The quotations around caramelized are because the onions were cooked until soft and translucent, not caramelized. My meal was $15 and one of the cheaper items but not worth it.
