Whiskey Licker Up at Binion's

So disappointed. We expressed a severe gluten allergy and were so careful about having them ask the chef before ordering anything. Not sure if the staff didn’t actually check or if they asked and the chef just wasn’t educated, but either way I was served gluten and the weekend is now ruined. It would have been better if they just said they didn’t know if items were gluten free, then it would be my own fault for not being more careful.
