They brought out the allergen menu immediately after mentioning I was celiac, she also changed gloves and got a new scooper which was much appreciated. I got the blackberry ice cream and it was so flavorful with no reaction afterwards!

I was excited based on previous reviews, but was sadly told that they were unwilling to open a new container of ice cream for me to avoid cross-contamination. So I watched my family eat theirs .. so sad.

They changed gloves and used a new scoop for me. They were knowledgeable of celiac and did let me know that they share equipment with gluten ingredients. They were patient, friendly and accommodating. They offer a decent selection of GF flavors and a few DF options as well!
