Disappointing and over priced. When we went they were understaffed and you could only order from a kiosk or online. I called to ask about gluten free options and no one answered. No one there in store to answer questions about allergies or the kind of gluten free bagel that was being offered. Kiosk was complicated and confusing regarding adding eggs to the bagel. Mocha latte, which cost $6.50, was disgusting because there was no sugar and the beans were horribly burned. Gluten free bagel was okay but cost $2 more and was half the size of the regular bagels.
