This location could not guarantee there was no cross-contamination for items that went in the fryer, which leads me to believe they do not have a dedicated fryer. The menu has gluten free items on it, including burgers, chicken Caesar salad, chicken house salad, a mushroom fettuccine dish, and a teriyaki donburi bowl. I ordered a cocktail and asked the waitress to check if it was gluten free (she knew the liquor was, but had to check the slush), and she confirmed it was gluten-free. When I ordered my gluten-free meal, she clarified "is this an allergy" and I said "yes". She returned to tell me that the kitchen was warning of potential cross-contamination of fried items and confirmed if I wanted to order fries anyways, or if I wanted to make a change. I have eaten the burgers with the gluten-friendly bun. It tasted good with the 1/3lb beef burgers (most beef burgers on menu), but not as good with the 1/4lb beef burgers ("Legendary Burger"). I react to something in the bun, I believe, but it's not gluten; I'm asymptomatic so if the bun had gluten I wouldn't react. I contacted the corporate office to request the ingredient list, but I don't expect that to be answered for a couple of days. I tried to find the bun online by matching the nutrition values to commercially available buns, and I think it may be the restaurant supply variety of Little Northern Bakery 's Chia and Millet hamburger bun, but I'm not sure.
