Whitebark Restaurant & Lounge In The Westin Hotel

Food was okay. Other places close by have better options. Server was not very friendly when I asked about gluten free options but did seem knowledgeable about what items could be made gluten friendly. I had a half rack of ribs and did not get sick after they swapped out sides. Not sure how safe it is for celiacs.

We had the steak tacos. They were delicious and the chef was extra careful when we explained we were celiac. They also said they could make steak and hamburger without bun. Not a lot of options but the tacos we can attest were safe and good.

This place was not accommodating. The waitress was unfriendly and said the menu is always changing was reluctant to check with the kitchen to see what was gluten free. I get it....we showed up late but her attitude was ridiculous. My friends ended up eating and I had water while watching them eat.
