Just alert server and allergies go on ticket to kitchen and it gets printed and everyone is made aware- lots of options, some are: Broiled or steamed cod separate from gluten items, steak, salmon, grilled chicken breast, sweet potato or baked potato, veggies, salad is make your own at the salad bar but it has gluten items on it, i was fine from it and I just put lettuce cucumber and tomatoes on mine! I did not have a problem here but they did mention that they are not celiac safe because of airborne contaminants... so it might depend on just now sensitive you are to it! I would totally recommend this place tho! They don’t have a gluten free menu, but if you call ahead just ask for Dana and she will inform you of everything!

The staff was great when i told them about my allergies. I had a steak with a baked potato. No problems.

I’ve been eating here since before I was diagnosed with celiacs & I had a great gluten free experience there. Called & talked to the manager, Dana, about their celiac-safe options before I arrived. Celiac-safe options include any of their broiled fish, sweet potatoes & steamed vegetables. I ordered the broiled cod with a sweet potato and it was amazing & I don’t feel sick at all! The manager even took precautions to the extent of sanitizing my table, menus and new silverware before I arrived. The manager made sure to walk the kitchen staff through the preparation of my meal and the server even brought my drinks & food out while wearing gloves! I had a great, safe experience and I will be returning in the future!
