Review of Whitt's Barbecue

Researched heavily before I went. Menu doesn’t list gluten free. Employee wasn’t knowledgeable about gluten free foods. He asked someone else who said barbecue was gluten free. I asked which sides were gluten free but he said all were. What a dangerous thing to say! We went with plain barbecue and Cole slaw. Food was fine. Wish menu was marked and staff better educated.
