The lady asked if I had celiac before confirming that the ribs would be ok. Kitchen wasn’t huge but had enough elbow room and cleanable surfaces that I wasn’t worried about cross contamination.
I got the ribs for supper—they were HUGE.
For breakfast I found out they make their eggs in a separate pan, not on the griddle. They break all the eggs ahead of time into a huge pot and ladle them out into the pan. $15 for scrambled eggs, but it was probably 4 eggs.
