There’s no gluten free here except sauce 1&5. I could only order a baked potato.

Staff was wonderful. If they weren’t sure, they went back and asked. First question they asked was if I needed gloves to be changed. I was very impressed with their food. All sides (minus the brownie) are safe. Two meat choices as well as two sauce choices.
Yes
This review is based solely on customer service, but I will revise or add another after my family eats the sandwiches we got there.
We're traveling on a Sunday and stopped at Whole Hog to have lunch. The door was locked, so we were walking back to the car (frustrated because we have a long way ahead of us and our failure to call ahead delayed us) when one of the owners came out and apologized for being closed. He said they were having a 10th anniversary celebration and asked if he could grab us some sandwiches for the road. We first said no, but ended up taking him up on it when he asked again. He took time from his party to go in and fix my husband and son BBQ sandwiches (that smell AWESOME, by the way), even giving them a choice of 6 sauces. (I chose not to have one because I have to eat gluten free.) His co-owner came out and introduced himself to my husband, and they talked for a few minutes while I waited in the car.
We hit the road again, extremely pleased that we ran across business owners that care about their customers and potential customers. This is customer service, folks! If other restaurant owners are reading this and are struggling in your businesses, you can learn something from these two gentlemen. Thanks, Whole Hog! We'll be back!
Great place for BBQ. I've been glutened only once there and eat there at least twice per month.
Excellent barbecue, multiple GF meats and sides to choose from. They are careful to change gloves and carefully prepare my meal.
