Review of Whole Treats Bakery & Coffee House

This is the only place in Truckee with GF baked goods that I actually trust, and that's because they are primarily all gluten free! When was the last time you got to pick between like 15 different gluten free baked goods? Brownies, muffins, cupcakes, lemon loaf, brioche bun, quiche, coffee cake, mini bundt cakes...need I say more? They are currently selling fresh loaves of GF bread on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and it's pretty dang good too!

They keep the gluten containing treats in a separate display case and/or wrapped in plastic, so that's reassuring. I'm not sure what makes them different (other than the obvious gluten), or how they keep the rest of the stuff safe from cross contact, but so far I trust them.
