I reached out on Instagram to ask if they were celiac friendly and here’s what they said:
“YES,, we are celiac safe. We do not have gluten flour in the air at the bakery. We do provide a small selection of croissants that we outsource the laminate dough for, which arrives frozen. They are kept in a separate display case from all our GF baked goods. We take cross contamination very serious at the bakery. I hope this helps you feel safe to come try our delicious gf baked goods! They have soo many amazing GF baked goods that are all delicious! And their matcha latte is great.
