Review of Wichita Brewing Co & Pizzeria

I ordered the taco pizza with gf crust. They also have cauliflower crust. The toppings were really good but half of the pizza was soggy towards the middle. Had a wedge salad and asked waiter what dressings were gf. He had to ask someone else who came back and told me only 1 was gf because the rest had dairy. Then I explained what gluten was and he said all dressings were gf.
