They have a menu that’s vegan and gluten free. But you can just ask them to omit non gluten free items from something that’s on the regular menu. I just asked them to make me rice and beans with cheese, guac, and sour cream. Their chips are gluten free.

I did not have a good experience here. My dad and I ordered two gluten free dishes to split. One came out gf and one didn't. We talked to the manager and he said the server entered the order correctly and marked both for an allergy but the kitchen staff messed it up. I'm not confident they were able to prevent cross contamination. I ended up having gluten symptoms too. There are lots of better options in Sarasota. I'd go somewhere else.

Only gf options that are listed are vegan AND gf. Server told me all the meat contained gluten. I have been here before and was told the some of the chicken taco/bowls were gluten free. Seems they are not knowledgeable about the meat, I would stick with vegan options to be safe.

Good food, nice decor. Has a small GF/Vegan menu but other items on main menu are gluten free too. Chips are safe. I had the three trio tacos which were beef, carnitas, and chicken.

Our server had absolutely no idea what gluten free was and unable to answer any questions we had. Based upon previous reviews we ate the chips and salsa. They were amazing and we didn’t get sick. We ordered the mushroom tacos and just said to make a note of a severe gluten allergy and to please change gloves. We didn’t get sick from that either. It’s also annoying because the whole gf menu was also vegan. Gave 4 stars because the food was really really good and two celiacs did not get sick

Great find! Celiac safe. Tortilla chips are the only food in the fryer. Separate GF and vegan menu. Really interesting options like butternut squash tacos, roasted cauliflower tacos, veggie salad, etc.

Good food, but they are definitely confused about what gluten free means. They have a menu that is vegan and gluten free, but not just a gluten free menu so you have to eat vegan if you want to order off the safe menu. However, when I inquired further, there were several other items that were gluten free including meat, salads, etc. So, if you want to ask a zillion questions, get frustrated, or order vegan, go here. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Screaming Goat Tacos isn't too far off and sounds pretty fantastic...I'll go there next time.

If you’re a vegan and gluten free, this is the place for you. If you want any sort of meat, go somewhere else. Who wants cauliflower tacos, seriously? I was so disappointed that their gluten free food was all vegetarian. I don’t have any reason to go back. Server was very nice and helpful. She was tipped very well for all my complaining.
