I thought it was overpriced for the quality of the food, but it's probably the best option for a gluten free buffet. We thought the food at most of the restaurants we ate at was better. Based on the reviews in this app, we thought this was a must have experience, but were a bit disappointed based on the reviews here. We tried going at 11:30am, but the line was closed with a 3 hour wait. We went back for breakfast the next day around 9am and there wasn't much of a line, but my wife was disappointed as some of the items like crab aren't put out until 11am. They told us the line often gets closed off after 11am. The items are marked gluten free and if you ask the chef will walk you through the line and describe what's gluten free and where there are cross contamination risks. Many of the items are plated and they will bring a plate from the back if you want something where there are tongs or spoons and cross contamination risk. I tested the omelet I ordered from the omelet station with my Nima and it tested safe. The gluten free cookies were good, but not the best gluten free cookies I've ever had like some of the reviews claim. They had gluten free chocolate muffins that were pretty good too.
