I came here without my son, who is the celiac, to try out their food for when we travel. The waitress here was aware of celiacs, helped me figure out what could order that was GF, and when it came out, the salmon roll was delicious. Not fishy and didn’t miss the sauce at all. I don’t know about cross contamination but she was knowledgeable, I overheard her let the chef know, and they had tamari.
