Waitress stated that they do not have a dedicated gluten free area on their grill and that they canning guarantee there would be no cross contamination. After speaking with her, she talked with the cooks and they offered to cook their grilled chicken in a completely separate pan that has been cleaned and sanitized. I also ordered the oven cooked fry option and they assured they would clean the surfaces to avoid any cross contamination.
