Mead is a type of alcohol that is made exclusively with honey. It can be flavored with various things or carbonated. This place makes some amazing mead and it is all gluten free! They rotate flavors seasonally so always check but it is very GF safe. Located in a peaceful corner of Beverly/Auburn Gresham along the bike trail and woods. So nice to sit outside on a warm afternoon at their patio.
