They don’t cook gluten-free food separate from others. My food was cross-contaminated. I got very sick!! Don’t recommend if you have gluten sensitivity or celiac

Staff is knowledgeable about the ingredients and happy to guide you. They do not recommend the miso soup or the salad with ginger dressing but will sub the yum yum sauce on the salad. Hibachi can be made "simpler" and with GF soy sauce.
