Such a fun, cute atmosphere to drink coffee and munch on some yummy breakfast items. I had the stuffed french toast made GF, and it was amazing. Not to mention the fresh fruit that was also very tasty. The staff was very knowledgable and one staff member told me she was also celiac, which was very comforting as she explained all of the GF options (which there are quite a few!).

Went for breakfast, and got the gluten free stuffed French toast! Would definitely recommend!! Will be back!

Delicious stuffed French toast!! Had a great experience and really enjoyed having so many choices!

Update: went back for the curried chicken sandwich and it was SO SO DELICIOUS!

Wow! They say they can do everything gluten free. We had the stuffed French toast. It was wonderful! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They normally have a couple of items in the bakery available. We purchased the pecan torte and brownie to go. Too full from the French toast. Definitely recommend!!

The staff was knowledgable and the food was delicious. The food is fresh and healthy.

Only place in Bemidji that we feel safe eating at. They are very aware, and very careful about cross-contamination. Just be sure to tell them that you are Celiac, or have a gluten allergy. And, the best part is, their food and drinks are excellent!!!
