Review of Wild Heart Brewing Company

Waiter appeared very cognizant of my celiac disease and made sure to mark ALLERGY on my food ticket when I ordered a burger with a gluten free bun and made sure to double check that all ingredients were also gluten free. My food arrived and I took a few bites and realized I was eating a regular bun - not gf. I asked the waiter and he said there must’ve been a mixup in the kitchen. They removed my meal from the bill but I’m not sure how a mixup like this happens. I would not feel comfortable eating there again unfortunately.
