I placed a pick up order over the phone for me and my family. I specifically asked them to package my order separately since I am the only one who has celiac. I ordered two sushi rolls and they placed them in the same container touching the sushi rolls that have gluten. I called the restaurant back to let them know placing gluten free sushi with sushi that contains gluten is cross contamination. I asked for a credit but all they said was sorry. Be careful with this place - I don’t feel confident they are aware about cross contamination at all. I wasn’t able to eat any of my meal. Very disappointing.

I really like their sushi and haven't gotten sick, but they could improve upon their safety. The first time I ate here, everything was pretty safe. I ordered takeout online and they called to confirm my GF items. I appreciated the confirmation because my husband ordered items with gluten. They packaged my GF items separately, which was great, but they didn't label the soy sauces so I couldn't tell which was regular versus GF. My second time here, I ordered takeout online again. There was no confirmation call this time, which was fine, but they ended up packaging the regular and GF sushi rolls together, which I didn't realize until I was already home.
