I gave it a 3, because there aren't a lot of choices, but they did seem to understand gluten and cross contact. They have sushi that is made in an area with no wheat. They have steamed meats and veggies that are made without contact to wheat or soy sauce. I did not try anything that was cooked in a wok. They do say some of those are gluten-free, but I didn't trust them to be safe from contact. They also have gluten free soy sauce if you request it.
