I called ahead to see if this place would be able to accommodate, and surprisingly, the person I spoke to told me it probably wasn’t safe, but everything he told me (like that they would use a clean pan, prepare things separately, etc) suggested it was safe. I decided to try it and can confirm it’s fine. I had the Brussels sprouts appetizer and the steak. There were a few other seemingly safe options, like halibut with risotto. They also apparently make their own GF pasta, but because they use the same pasta maker (even though they clean it between uses), they didn’t recommend it. Overall, the food was good but not excellent, but I was grateful to find this safe spot near where I was staying!
