My favorite place to order a GF breakfast sandwich. So good, nice staff. Always busy so plan to wait for a table, but worth the wait, always!

Stopped by Wildflower Cafe while visiting Tulsa. They had multiple gluten-free options - including gluten-free bread! I had the avocado toast and oatmeal, both were extremely delicious and I didn’t get “glutened.” Highly recommend for the food, but it can be hard to get seated quickly if you go during busy hours.

The best GF bread! I had a chicken salad sandwich and it was delicious, and I could actually have it on bread and not just lettuce. Which feels like a treat. The potato salad was excellent too. They had a GF rice crispy dessert, but I didn't try it. There were lots of GF choices. Really cute place too.
