Just found this gem. They are NOT a dedicated facility, however, they keep their GF cupcakes in a separate display case than the other cupcakes. I got an assortment of 6 to try, and so far, they are delicious and moist.

They don't carry GF cakes, but you can order them with enough notice. They also offer dairy free and vegan and keto options.
