I have eaten at Williams Restaurant a few times the last couple of years and had absolutely no cross contamination issues and never gotten sick (I have serious issues). Just let your server know and they will let you know what is safe.

Unexpected find on a holiday weekend. They have GF buns and pasta but no dedicated fryer. Salmon aioli was very good just omit the bread crumbs. Staff were very kind as well and accommodating.
